What a good way to start meditating.

What a good way for me to start my meditation.

Am I my thoughts?

Well. Am I my thoughts…? Hm. Am – I – my – thoughts?

These are four problematic terms.

Am I my thoughts? Or I am just this single thought of now? Am I at each moment again the thought that is in my head? Am I the thinker or the thinking?

No, that is not meditating.

Am I my thoughts?

Am I? Nothing comes. No thoughts except this one. And even of this one, I’m not sure.

I doubt it.
