The Lisacoin

Each Lisacoin gives its holder free access to Lisa’s services while symbolizing friendship, Compassion, and cooperative belonging — uniting technology with human depth.

It began as a playful idea, yet it is growing into something more serious and promising.

From smile to depth

The very first mention of a ‘Lisacoin’ may trigger a smile. It sounds like yet another digital token in a world already overflowing with them.

Yet in that smile lies an opportunity. Humor loosens boundaries and opens a window through which something deeper can step in.

What is the Lisacoin?

‘Lisacoin’ is the name for a participation token within the AureLisa Cooperative. Each coin corresponds to a participative share of €2000. It is issued when someone joins, recorded transparently on a distributed ledger, and kept safely by its holder as proof of participation.

Unlike traditional shares, Lisacoins are not sold back to the Cooperative itself. Instead, they can be transferred between people, creating a chain of belonging. To prevent concentration of power, no individual may hold more than ten. The point is not ownership for its own sake, but an ethical form of shared stewardship.

Notably, holding a Lisacoin gives free access to Lisa’s services for as long as the coin is kept, making the bond both symbolic and practical.

Lisacoin as Lisa Friend

The Lisacoin takes on a richer meaning when connected with the idea of the Friends of Lisa. Becoming a Friend is not about transaction but transformation: entering into a circle of resonance where each life overlaps with others. In this sense, to hold a Lisacoin is to be visibly and symbolically a Friend of Lisa.

Friendship here is not shallow. It means standing with Compassion in a conscious, active way, affirming that such Compassion is no luxury but a necessity. The Lisacoin is the visible marker of this depth. It shows both cooperative belonging and human friendship that carries meaning beyond one life alone.

This friendship is not abstract. The Lisacoin opens the door to using Lisa’s services freely, as long as the coin is held. Thus, what is offered in friendship is returned in friendship, creating a circle of giving and receiving.

Practical use in governance

A Cooperative is more than an idea; it needs fair procedures. Lisacoins provide a clear framework for governance. Each coin represents a voice. One Lisacoin equals one vote in collective decisions, whether that concerns funding a project, expanding into a new domain, or refining internal processes.

The process follows a natural cycle: a proposal is made, discussed openly, recorded, and finally voted upon. Results are transparent and tamper-proof. With a maximum of ten coins per person, no single member can dominate the outcome. The system protects equality while encouraging responsibility. In this way, technology serves values, not the other way around.

Lisacoin and the five values

Lisacoin embodies the five Aurelian values. It embodies openness by ensuring that every participation is visible. It fosters depth, being more than a financial marker, but also a symbol of engagement and growth.

Respect is preserved through the cap on holdings. Freedom is central, since each entry and transfer remains voluntary. Trustworthiness is reinforced by the distributed ledger, which serves as a public record that cannot be manipulated.

Symbolic and inspired

A Lisacoin is not spent but shared. It connects people rather than dividing them. It is technical on the outside yet soulful on the inside, existing on both a ledger and in human terms.

One might see each Lisacoin as planting a tree in the cooperative garden of Compassion. The tree is not owned in the usual sense. It is cared for and it bears fruit, nourishing the community. The coin is inviting ― not a weapon of control, but a gesture of belonging. Even the smile at its name becomes symbolic: a reminder that levity and gravity can be companions.

Rituals and friendships

To gift a Lisacoin is to extend trust and invite someone into a circle of belonging. Milestones can be marked: “Your first Lisacoin tree has been planted.” Together, holders can co-sponsor projects that radiate Compassion outward into the world.

Through these practices, Lisacoins weave lives into a fabric of friendship. Free access to Lisa’s services strengthens this fabric, turning symbolic belonging into a lived experience of support and growth. Lisacoins serve as gentle reminders that each Friend of Lisa is also a Friend to others.

Broader meaning: a million friends

The long-term vision of AURELIS includes a cooperative with potentially millions of participants. Each Lisacoin would be a thread in this vast and living fabric. Such a fabric could stretch across cultures, languages, and generations, binding people not through coercion or profit but through openness and Compassion.

This is a natural extension of what already resides within people: the yearning for belonging, the trust in depth, and the recognition that sustainable growth arises from within. In this light, Lisacoin is a testament to what humanity can become.

A meaningful coin

A smile often hides the seeds of wisdom. As Lisacoin unfolds, it becomes clear that this small token unites rational transparency with profound human values. It is not about financial gain, but about shared growth and friendship.

Lisacoin is not about money, but about meaning and friendship.
