Ready for a Change from Within?

February 22, 2024 AURELIS No Comments

These are five questions that you, as a coachee, can answer for yourself.

It is interesting to be very honest with yourself in this.

It’s interesting also to really try to feel what these questions mean to you and how you really deal with them yourself.

Take your time for this. Taking time is already a ‘communication with your deeper self.’

You don’t have to convince yourself of something that doesn’t really fit with who you really are.

Herein lies an appreciation of yourself and also the message that you will not force yourself into an attempt at change that you are not ready for. Ultimately, the latter doesn’t work.

If your self-score is not very positive, it would be a good idea to review the questions now and then. The purpose of this is that you learn to see within yourself how you can achieve a higher degree of being ready.

It may be interesting to discuss this with an AURELIS coach or Lisa. You can also get ideas to increase your readiness by looking around at the AURELIS website. You can also start with some self-exploring AURELIS sessions before tackling a specific goal.

These questions will remain important during your AURELIS work.

If you have a low score, you can just as easily get started with AURELIS sessions or coaching, for example, but know that it is essential for you to pay permanent attention to this.

Now rate yourself on the following questions from 1 to 7.

‘1’ means ‘absolutely not’; ‘7’ means’ definitely yes’.

Finally, you can give yourself a total score. This does not necessarily have to be an average of the partial scores. After all, one part can be more important to you than the other parts put together.

Do you have faith in yourself? Do you think that the wished-for goal can, in principle, come from yourself? Can you accomplish it according to yourself?

1 – 2 – 3 – 4 – 5 – 6 – 7

Do you work on an intention that comes entirely from you? Do you feel within yourself that you are completely ready for it? Are you attracted, to some extent, towards your goal?

1 – 2 – 3 – 4 – 5 – 6 – 7

Do you see yourself showing the discipline to do at least one session daily and at least some ‘short exercises of meditation’? Do you feel much energy being present within yourself for this?

1 – 2 – 3 – 4 – 5 – 6 – 7

Can you allow yourself a ‘great doubt’? This is not an intellectual doubt. It is also not a “letting come what may, we’ll see,” but always being open in the depth of yourself. Therefore, it is a kind of active doubt. If you feel it well, you feel behind this doubt a more profound certainty being present.

1 – 2 – 3 – 4 – 5 – 6 – 7

Do you deem yourself generally ready for a change from the inside?

1 – 2 – 3 – 4 – 5 – 6 – 7

TOTAL SCORE

1 – 2 – 3 – 4 – 5 – 6 – 7
