Authentic

Authentic is when you let go of the obvious — and go deeper, yet being yourself.

This may feel like it leads a life of its own. You don’t have full conscious control. Yet it’s you — more than ever.

Authentic is where art and leadership come from

when they’re good.

It’s where everything comes from

when it’s truly human.

Authentic is the result of Openness

with an Open door towards depth

and the person let’s you in

because you’re worth it

or should be.

It’s the deepest song.

It’s the most beautiful lady.

The most handsome man.

Really.

Authentic is when things happen that you cannot fake.

You can only let it happen

coming from nowhere

therefore from you

and it’s a deeper you.

You do things as if it’s the thousandth time

and the first

as if you’ve always done only this.

And maybe you did.

Authentic is when through breaking,

you become you — not knowing.

You just do.

You run behind yourself

and there you encounter yourself

because you’ve always been there.

You’re not the guy at the forefront

even when you’re bragging and boasting.

You’re the guy behind.

You’re the guy who suffers a bit

even smiling.

Authentic is things flowing

their way

and you recognize

because it’s timeless

like the universe.

In one motion all motions.

In one emotion all emotions.

In one blink of an eye — all that ever was

and all that ever has been done.

In one hand clapping — everything.

What you never thought

authentically, is here and now.

It’s before you.

It’s inside you.

It’s your shadow following you

as if you yourself are your shadow’s shadow

as well as the light.

You just stand here.

The sun goes down

making beautiful designs.

Implicit vs. Explicit Knowledge

The resulting mindscape is central to many things in the past, present, and future. Explicit lives in the power of the thinker. Implicit knowledge is not readily available for further processing. Nevertheless, with the right tools or insight, it may become more so ― thus gradually becoming more explicit while the source remains the same. Read the full article…
