I will keep searching for you
over mountains
and time
and through much that happens meanwhile.

in eyes and deeds

and unimportant
and big and small.

in what I do and don’t do
for five hundred years
in what I say and don’t say.
I’ll be the one beside you
whom you see or don’t see
