Lisa for AurelisOnLine guides users toward AurelisOnLine, a set of 1300+ guided meditations in 200+ domains. This is AURELIS-autosuggestion in practice.

In the final product, this module forms part of the ‘AURELIS-experience.’ Lisa will be able to refer to this part. In the near future, we will make the guided meditations (or sessions of autosuggestion) more individualized. Instead of being pre-recorded, they will be put together on the fly, although still based on dynamic scripts. The user will be able to use such a script or let Lisa do the choosing.

Through this module, Lisa is able to (in final version):

  • introduce a new user of AurelisOnLine to this concept
  • point to, and talk about important resources for a good experience: manual, short talks, session of the week…
  • guide a new user of AurelisOnLine to the first sessions depending on any prior experience with meditation or things alike
  • guide the user to the session that may be best for that user at any point in a coaching trajectory
  • mold AurelisOnLine sessions according to user characteristics (= ‘individualizing AurelisOnLine’), also taking into account the list of prior sessions and how the user valuated these
  • integrate an AurelisOnLine session in a coaching session if that’s OK with the user
  • be there right after any AurelisOnLine experience to welcome the user again
  • at that moment, and any time, be available for the user to talk about an experience with AurelisonLine
