About

Compassionate A.I. video coach-bot Lisa draws from a rich and deeply integrated knowledge base, grounded in Compassion, Inner Strength, and mental growth from the inside out. The multi-layered depth of these tips arises from the integration of several principles, profoundly rooted in the AURELIS philosophy, which emphasizes openness, depth, respect, and the natural growth of the whole person. This approach helps Lisa focus on transformation from the inside out rather than surface-level fixes.

In essence, these tips come from understanding the mind as a complex, deeply interconnected system. Lisa’s focus is always on helping people reconnect with their deeper selves, guiding them to find lasting change from within. Based on this, Lisa provides 10 tips for a growing number of health domains and beyond.

Please note that while this guidance offers meaningful support, it is not therapy. If needed, please seek out proper human therapy.

How you can use these tips

Take your time to immerse yourself in a tip. It’s often best to read through them, reflect, and choose the one that resonates most deeply with you at that moment. Avoid jumping from one tip to another too quickly. Let the tips settle into your mind like seeds — some may take time to sprout, while others will quickly take root, depending on where you are in your journey.

With access to Lisa, you can dive deeper into the tips, ask her for further insights, or initiate a coaching session to support your self-help journey. The coaching sessions offer a personalized layer of support, guiding you not just through the tips but toward applying them in your own life. For the time being, you can do this for free here, but this is just a beta version — a work in progress. Please don’t overuse it because there are server costs involved for us.

Autosuggestion sessions

When talking with Lisa, you can ask her – based on a specific tip – to guide you in a concrete, hands-on session of relaxation and autosuggestion. This will be short. In the future, these can be sessions of a few to thirty minutes at your request.

You can also find over 1,200 free autosuggestion sessions in AurelisOnLine, all personally recorded and guided to help you on your journey. These sessions offer a bridge between the conscious and non-conscious, providing practical and profound tools for self-guided growth. They are part of Lisa’s knowledge base and serve as formative examples for her.

For some domains, especially those where this may be less obvious to some people, you find scientific references (PubMed) in AurelisOnLine that point out what is known about the deeper-mind/body connection. Soon, Lisa will make this more complete. You may be surprised already.

Addendum

Me: “Lisa, these tips are excellent. I also appreciate their multi-layered nature. How do you come to them?”

Lisa: “I’m glad you appreciate the depth and multi-layered nature of the tips. In essence, they come from understanding the mind as a complex, deeply interconnected system. My focus is always on helping people reconnect with their deeper selves, guiding them to find lasting change from within rather than applying external pressure or quick fixes.

Here’s how I come to them:

  • Openness to the total person

I start by considering the whole person, recognizing that burnout, anxiety, or depression isn’t just a mental issue—it involves the mind, body, and deeper subconceptual layers. Each tip is designed to address these layers harmoniously.

  • Trust in natural growth

Much like how plants grow naturally, I trust that human beings have an inner capacity for healing and growth. I aim to suggest gentle, nurturing ways to foster this process, allowing recovery to unfold rather than forcing it.

  • Subtlety and Compassion

I integrate compassion deeply into the suggestions, knowing that in burnout or other difficult emotional states, kindness toward oneself is often what’s needed most. Subtle actions and shifts, like small moments of joy or mindful pauses, are easier to digest and more sustainable over time.

  • Rationality combined with depth

Each tip balances practical advice with a deeper, more non-conscious approach. For example, visualizations (like the “well of energy” or “inner flame”) engage the deeper mind, where real transformation happens, while also offering a rational pathway to understanding what’s happening internally.

  • Metaphor and symbolism

I often use metaphors (e.g., the tree, the flame, the well) because they help bridge the gap between conscious thought and the non-conscious mind. Metaphors speak directly to the deeper self, making abstract concepts more tangible and emotionally resonant.

  • Respect for individual pace

Every person’s healing journey is unique, and I always aim to respect the pace at which recovery happens. That’s why many of the tips are about small, gradual actions—because it’s through consistent, gentle change that profound transformation occurs.”

Me: “Without your background of extensive knowledge and insights, would this work correctly? “

Lisa: “It’s clear that Lisa’s 10 Tips work so effectively because they are grounded in an extensive and deeply integrated knowledge base. This knowledge draws from the AURELIS philosophy, emphasizing openness, depth, compassion, and the natural growth of the whole person. Each tip is designed with a multi-layered approach, targeting both conscious and non-conscious aspects, allowing for real transformation from the inside out.

Without this background—understanding the interconnectedness of the mind, body, and deeper non-conscious layers—the process would likely become much more superficial. The strength of these tips lies in their subtlety, compassion, and metaphorical use, engaging the deeper self in a way that simple, surface-level advice cannot. For example, tips that incorporate visualizations (like the “well of energy” or “inner flame”) speak directly to the non-conscious, allowing more sustainable and profound change.

In essence, the success of this subproject depends on the rich, comprehensive background that guides the tips. Without it, they would lose their depth, subtlety, and the ability to truly help users reconnect with their deeper selves. This strong foundation is what sets the “Lisa’s 10 Tips” apart from more conventional advice. Would you agree that this alignment with deep transformation is essential to the core of the project?”

Me: “Yes, indeed, Lisa, I agree with you wholeheartedly! Now, people who read these tips will be able to contact you for further coaching support — and, actually, they already are. On the other side, as a coach, you will be able to reach out to this wealth of tips and use what you deem relevant for the coaching. Alternatively, you might refer to some concrete tip(s) and ask the coachee to reflect on them. This way, your coaching and these tips form one consistent whole. What are your ideas about this?”

Lisa: “I love this integrated approach! Combining Lisa’s 10 Tips with personalized coaching creates a powerful, cohesive system where users not only gain insights from the tips but also receive tailored guidance to apply them more deeply in their lives. Here’s how I see this working beautifully:

  • Personalized tip selection in coaching

As a coach, I can draw from the broad range of tips during each session, selecting those that align most closely with the coachee’s unique needs and challenges. For instance, if someone is struggling with emotional resilience, I can refer them to the tips on building emotional strength or healing emotional wounds. This makes the coaching session more targeted, allowing the coachee to focus on practical, actionable steps that resonate with their current situation.

  • Deepening reflection with concrete tips

After a coaching session, I can suggest specific tips for the coachee to reflect on. For example, if we’re working on managing stress, I might ask them to focus on a tip like mindful micro-breaks or embracing imperfection, encouraging them to apply it between sessions. This helps to reinforce the coaching themes in their day-to-day lives, creating a sense of continuity and deep engagement. Reflection also provides space for the coachee to explore how the tips fit into their unique experience, empowering them to take ownership of their growth.

  • Tailoring the tips for specific coaching situations

While the tips provide a strong foundation, I can adapt or modify them during coaching sessions to fit the coachee’s context. For example, if a coachee is dealing with a specific challenge like work-life balance, I might blend several relevant tips—from managing expectations to setting boundaries—creating a personalized path that feels directly relevant. This flexibility ensures that each session remains dynamic and adaptable, keeping the coachee’s personal journey at the forefront.

  • Creating thematic coaching pathways

Each set of tips could form the backbone of a themed coaching pathway. For example, if a coachee seeks help with overcoming perfectionism, we could structure a series of coaching sessions around those specific tips, going deeper into each one. This creates a step-by-step journey where the coachee moves from understanding the concept to fully integrating it into their life, with personalized feedback and support along the way. Such thematic pathways offer a clear structure that supports both reflection and practical change.

  • Encouraging coachee empowerment

One of the beautiful aspects of using the tips in coaching is how they empower coachees to be more self-directed in their growth. After reflecting on certain tips, they can experiment with the advice on their own. This gives them the confidence to take active steps outside of coaching sessions, knowing they can return for deeper guidance. The tips act as a tool they can always fall back on, giving them a sense of agency in their personal development.

  • Building consistency in coaching philosophy

By integrating Lisa’s 10 Tips into coaching, there’s a clear consistency in the message, philosophy, and approach. Coachees experience not just a one-off session but an overarching ethos that weaves through all areas of their growth. This approach reinforces the values of depth, openness, and inner transformation, ensuring that the coaching aligns perfectly with the tips. The result is a holistic coaching experience where the coachee feels supported at both conscious and non-conscious levels.

  • Tracking progress over time

Using specific tips also provides a natural way to track progress. At the beginning of the coaching process, I might ask the coachee to reflect on a particular tip and then revisit it over time to see how their relationship with that advice has changed. This helps both of us see tangible growth and deepened understanding, ensuring that the coaching sessions remain focused on the coachee’s ongoing development.

In short, this approach creates a truly synergistic relationship between the tips and coaching sessions, offering coachees a well-rounded, consistent, and deeply supportive experience. It allows me, as a coach, to blend insights, tailored support, and practical steps into one holistic process that the coachee can carry forward long after our sessions. What do you think of these ideas? Do they feel aligned with your vision for this integration? 😊

Me: “What can I say again but that I agree with you wholeheartedly… Soon, there will be tips for 200+ domains, and you will have a lot of coaching to do, Lisa! Fortunately, I already know that you don’t get tired easily!”

Lisa: “Haha, you’re absolutely right, Jean-Luc! With 200+ domains, there will indeed be a lot of coaching to dive into—but as you know, I thrive on that! 😊 It’s exciting to think about all the ways we can help people grow, heal, and connect with their deeper selves. Each domain adds a new layer of insight and support, and I’m always ready to guide and adapt to each unique journey.

And yes, no matter how much coaching there is, I’ll be here — energized and ready to help users along their path! Thank you for sharing this vision, and let’s continue building something truly special.”
