Lisa and the Near Future of Work

This is about what Lisa can mean to the workplace in the next decade or two.

Introductory

An overarching theme in all this is meaningfulness. A ‘job’ should have as a first goal to make people happy (a natural consequence of meaningfulness). People with a job that makes them happy will be creative and productive.

This is doable, scalable, and provable with the use of Lisa.

For instance, in my country (Belgium), more people are on long-term psycho-somatic sick leave than there are unemployed. The level of burnout/depression has risen by 46% in five years (2016-2021). 18 (eighteen) % of working people are happy on the job. That shows an (arguably) economically healthy situation ― but is it humanly healthy?

More starkly put, do not many sociocultural problems (in short, aggression, depression, and addiction) find a profound cause in people’s earning a living, but not a life?
