Am I my thoughts\u2026? Hm. Am \u2013 I \u2013 my \u2013 thoughts?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These are four problematic terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Am I my thoughts? Or I am just this single thought of now? Am I at each moment again the thought that is in my head? Am I the thinker or the thinking?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No, that is not meditating.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Am I my thoughts?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Am I? Nothing comes. No thoughts except this one.
