\u2018Blue Ocean Strategy\u2019 is a well-known business framework that advocates creating uncontested market space instead of competing within existing boundaries. That feels refreshing in a world dominated by rivalry and zero-sum thinking.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Yet in Lisa\u2019s case, following the title\u2019s question leads away from competition altogether and toward something deeper and more enduring.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

What Blue Ocean<\/em> Strategy<\/em> opens \u2014 and where it stops<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The classic Blue Ocean Strategy<\/em> challenges the idea that one must always compete within predefined boundaries. In doing so, it loosens mental cages that often go unnoticed.
