Whether on stage or in love or in company or before a church or anywhere: the body speaks. Even more: it is heard.<\/h3>\n

[DISCLAIMER: There are experts with far more expertise than me. My broad interest is where my audacity comes from.]<\/em><\/p>\n

The body is indeed heard.<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Thus, it\u2019s important for you to also listen<\/em> to what you (because of course, your body is you<\/u>) are saying. As with verbal talk, you don\u2019t want to just blurt out anything. You want to be polite, honest, occasionally not too honest\u2026<\/p>\n

From AURELIS standpoint, you may want to be open, respectful, free\u2026 [See: \u2018Five Aurelian Values<\/a>\u2019]<\/p>\n

Evolutionarily seen, the body started of course to speak way before words came to be. Consequence:<\/p>\n

You are talking far more with your body than with words.<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Having 1016<\/sup> (read: a \u2018universe\u2019 of) synaptic communications each and every second in your brain, there\u2019s also a lot of meaningful talk going on outside of conscious perception.<\/p>\n

Experts can go more into detail, with one caution: if an \u2018expert\u2019 gives you the impression that (s)he can make it very easy for you to \u2018manipulate\u2019, then run: you would only get manipulated yourself.<\/p>\n

Meditation teaches me<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

that if \u2013 sitting on a cushion \u2013 I want to move my body (little itch, pain\u2026), it\u2019s more interesting to let my body move itself.<\/p>\n

In the same vein:<\/p>\n

If you may want to bodily express something, it\u2019s more interesting to let your expression do so itself.<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Then observe yourself.<\/p>\n

As a nudge, you might invite yourself towards some movement, some expression, some bodily dialogue.<\/p>\n

Then observe yourself. You may note that you are even much more interesting than you ever thought.<\/p>\n

Why did you make this movement, or not?<\/p>\n

Why, when inviting to raise your eyebrows, does it feel spontaneous, or not?<\/p>\n

etc.<\/p>\n

No analysis cramp. On the contrary: observing and letting go, things may come to you spontaneously.<\/p>\n

Like writing comes to me \ud83d\ude0a.<\/p>\n

Insight + practice: two wings of the speaking bird<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

It\u2019s best to know how to fly AND to have flying practice.<\/p>\n

Learning, also while doing.<\/p>\n

You might well become a highflyer.<\/p>\n
