When you\u2019re young, when you\u2019re middle-aged, when you\u2019re getting older\u2026 dare to burn. But burn as yourself. Let it be your fire, even while someone else may light it.<\/h3>\n

Don\u2019t be shy to \u2018strive for the best\u2019\u2026 while taking care for the humane factor.<\/p>\n

This also gives you the best embeddedness, not only \u2018just socially\u2019 but also in depth. Your relations are your coaches, as you are theirs.<\/p>\n

Ambitious projects are like teachers<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

and very good ones indeed, because they are made from real stuff, not any imagined stuff from books or scientific experiments that may themselves result from ideas that have not been thought through.<\/p>\n

In an ambitious project, if you\u2019re not correct, you fail.<\/p>\n

You will fail in little things.<\/p>\n

If you don\u2019t learn, you will fail in bigger things.<\/p>\n

So, as a teacher, this is the perfect condition.<\/p>\n

In daring, you meet others<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

See everything as foremost an opportunity for deep<\/em> communication and motivation.<\/p>\n

In daring, you meet yourself<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

It\u2019s the best way to get to know yourself\u2026 before it\u2019s too late. As the adagio of the ancient \u2018Oracle of Delphi\u2019 (Greek antiquity) was \u2018Know Thyself\u2019 being the highest good, so \u2018not knowing thyself\u2019 may be a straight line towards downhill, say, burnout.<\/p>\n

So, where daring seems to be foremost a risk, it\u2019s also an opportunity and a diminishment of risk at slightly longer term.<\/p>\n

With \u2018daring\u2019, I don\u2019t mean \u2018taking on the biggest project you can get\u2019 as much as \u2018try to value yourself and look for the project that you feel may teach you most, also if it has quite some risk involved.\u2019 Do it because of yourself and through yourself, for people around you: small circle, big circle.<\/p>\n

Dare to go for a better world including yourself.<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Even if you fail then, you won\u2019t be eaten by guilt. You will have done your best. If someone else tries the same and succeeds, so much the better. If none would have tried, the project wouldn\u2019t have been realized. So in this way, you failing will have been part of the other\u2019s success for ever.<\/p>\n

  1. What is to you a \u2018better world\u2019?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Thinking about this is important for everyone. Doing so, you encounter your deepest and most real \u2018motivators\u2019, your meaning of life. You need this to lead a strong and healthy life. You also need it to prevent a spiraling towards burnout.<\/p>\n

    This sounds idealistic?<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

    Of course it does. Ideals are hugely important. But you need to handle your ideals in proper ways<\/strong>. It gets a fluffy appearance if it got a fluffy self-management\u2026 by yourself.<\/p>\n

    Others may support. You do it. It may be life-saving to you. It may lead you towards finding your own Inner Strength.<\/p>\n

    Why is this so not-visible?<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

    Simply: because this involves your nonconscious processing. Is it a surprise that it\u2019s not conscious? Yet it\u2019s the basis of anything related to what any human feels, thinks, does. If a culture doesn\u2019t validate this \u2018simple\u2019 yet in practice of course not-simple-at-all and yet tremendously important fact, many people run into many problems \u2013 sadly \u2013 that are so very avoidable.<\/p>\n

    Dare to burn from deep inside.<\/p>\n

    If you dare to burn from deep inside, there\u2019s fuel enough.<\/p>\n

    Sure, it will still be difficult sometimes.<\/p>\n
