At least if one doesn\u2019t make it so. Many human-related \u2018difficult\u2019 things are made so. The reason can be boiled down to a lack of insight.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

This text is the counterpart to the blog \u2018What seems \u2018Easy\u2019 and is Not<\/a>.\u2019 You might read them in one go.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

In the other blog, I write about some results seeming to come out as magical.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This magic seems difficult, if not impossible, to realize from the outside. How does one start if one isn\u2019t a wizard?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then I dare say it\u2019s not difficult, and, of course, I mean this from the inside out. For this, you need to put the proper steps in the right direction again and again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you see how-to, then it\u2019s just a matter of walking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Before you start<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please don\u2019t be an apprentice wizard who thinks he already knows how to do magic. That may backfire uncannily.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Don\u2019t think it\u2019s easy when it\u2019s not. What is asked from you is an internal shift \u2015 no superficial change (horizontally) but a deep transformation (vertically). It\u2019s even dangerous to yourself and others to be confused about this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s a lot of work to make it easy.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

But it\u2019s \u2018work\u2019 that people usually don\u2019t see as such. That is no problem, but you need to be aware of this. In a culture with an ethos of work, this may be especially challenging. You need to get people to look at it from a broader perspective.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What one needs to do to attain the above is indeed a lot of work. In the end, what seems dauntingly difficult isn\u2019t anymore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s more than a craft. It\u2019s an art (as well as a science).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s a being possessed by a bigger self who is one\u2019s true self, demanding a lot of courage to change from within.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

More magic than this is hardly possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Relevance to AURELIS coaching<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

No conceptual psychotherapeutic theories and methodologies attain this \u2018magic.\u2019 In my view, that\u2019s the reason why they don\u2019t add anything to the effectiveness of therapy<\/a>. Even more, they make difficult what should be easy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the other hand, AURELIS coaching by itself is \u2018easy.\u2019 The difficult part lies in the \u2018becoming a wizard\u2019 \u2014 metaphorically speaking. The true challenge lies in personal development and mastery of self rather than the external execution of techniques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
