Infinity is an absurdity.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n It cannot exist. Yet, any finite space or time can only exist within infinity. There cannot be a single point where it stops.<\/p>\n\n\n\n So, as a good start, the space and time \u2013 or space-time \u2013 we live in are also absurdities. In principle, they cannot exist. Yet, they do.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Something has to yield, and since it\u2019s not abruptly at the end of the line, it must be over all the line. This is: finitude fades into infinity. This must happen from the start on, related to the observer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Importance is a good candidate.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Going from the finite ever further leads to a fading out of importance for the observer. Thus, from each observer\u2019s standpoint, indeed, infinity doesn\u2019t exist. It fades out into unimportance \u2015 as a profound thought. It is unimportant since the observer cannot reach that far starting from where he presently is, not even as a light beam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Infinity doesn\u2019t exist. It is \u2015 as far as the observer is concerned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n But looking at this observer (right here; you, for instance) from another observer very far away, the same thing happens. From the same distance, this observer also fades out into unimportance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n You fade out from all sides since you are at infinity from all these sides.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Are you still there?<\/p>\n\n\n\n Meanwhile, hopping from observer to observer, things are different. In that sense, there cannot be finitude.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The total universe truly is infinite.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n This has consequences. It means there was no big bang, nor a future ending, nor an outside the total universe in space \u2015 only infinity, infinitely long.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The borders \u2013 if any \u2013 to observers are borders of unimportance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n However.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Love<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Love overcomes these borders. Love doesn\u2019t ask whether something is important to oneself. It transcends the unimportance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Therefore, is love what brings us to infinity?<\/p>\n\n\n\n It\u2019s a nice thought.<\/p>\n
